I’m heading to the Sheraton real soon. I’ve been looking forward to this for a long time. But then again, I feel very intimidated about all that we have to set up. We don’t have Middletone this time, which, admittedly, seems a bit odd. But I know it’ll be great and we may have to go around picking up little connectors and parts throughout the day.

I pray that this A/V stuff goes off without too many problems.

Some things that I am thinking:

  • vanilla-flavoured toothpaste is nasty.  Someone in my household bought it, but no one ever uses it.  I would never want to fall asleep with that taste in my mouth
  • I watched Ratatouille for the third time tonight!  In theatre alone, at the Strongitharm’s place with them, and now at home with my family.  The wittiness of the humour still gets me.  It’s not the blockbuster movie some people expected it to be, but I still like it.
  •  Caffeine doesn’t affect me.  But one of our pastors had some on Saturday night and couldn’t sleep until 3am (the night before he gave a sermon).  I sure hope I don’t get so sensitive as I grow older.
  • The new phase of our church building is now complete.  I went to church for the earlier service (9am) and roamed around the new building, checking out the rooms, A/V systems, layout, and feel.

I have installed Wordpress! For a while, this site will look like any other Wordpress default blog. But I’m really happy that I have space to work on now! Woo hoo!
