I think I may have broken down some walls tonight. Maybe not me, but God, really. So what if i sacrificed 2 hours of sleep? I got to talk to Allan and Mark (from downstairs) about a whole variety of things, including what I believe about creation, heaven, hell, sin, Jesus coming to Earth, His forgiveness, atheism, dating, in addition to other stuff. I think it was important to share what I believe. Nothing too formal, was playing some guitar as we talked for about 2 hours.

Maybe I planted a seed? Imparted some valuable knowledge to get Mark’s mind running about sin and its implications. This is what I’ve been praying for. Please pray for me, and for those around me. God’s not just standing still. He’s working.

By the way, if any of you ever has any questions to challenge my faith or find out what my faith is, feel free to just email, ICQ, or MSN me. I’d love to tell you exactly my beliefs, as well as hear you out on yours.

hai ya……*sigh*

Man, I did the prequiz for the fourth time now, and I actually tried this time! I narrowed the answers down to 2 of the 6 MultChoice, and then got it wrong. ………..*sigh* Spent 2 hours on it.

Ok, fine, Allan and I didn’t yell at each other. We just let each other not study. Which turned out to be bad, since I was kind of counting on him to make sure I was doing my Bio, Physics, or Chem.

Now that I’ve studied physics for an hour and a half, now can I please pass the prequiz and just write the real quiz? I just want to get it over with. I’m really not caring what happens now with that quiz.

I want to take a 1AM webcam picture, but I’m too tired. -.- is what I look like (in Shelly-emoticon-speak). That’s right, no mouth, no eyebrows, no tongue, no ears. Just flat eyes and nose. I guess I could put ears: d-.-b ………. wait, now it looks like big DJ headphones! Hahah..

In other less delirious news, our “house” (section, tower, whatever) had a gift exchange. Out of 55 people, 9 people showed up to the house meeting. 7 bore gifts to exchange. How sad. This exchange was quite feisty, however, because the second person could steal the first person’s chosen gift, then the third person got to choose between stealing others’ gifts or picking one up off the table. The feistiness was short-lived, though. People just don’t want to steal things from strangers (without saying sorry).

I ended up with this little magnet dragon made by the House of Moods that came around for Fair November. Neat. Except I have almost no metal in my room I can stick it to. It has ended up on Allan’s fridge door.

Some girl on the 5th floor ended up with my well-purchased skate-lace puller device — you know those black things with a strong wire protruding out that you use to tighten your skate laces when you go ice skating or playing hockey. Only thing was the girl doesn’t like to skate, didn’t even know that the devices existed, and I had to explain what it was to her. Oh well, she was still quite nice about it, and she’s pretty cool about it. Talked to her a bit about stuff like EnviroSci and her major, English, when I was up at the 4th floor lounge studying Physics. If only I knew her name, what a joke I am!

Hahah…… Allan got a shot glass and a tiny bottle of Crown Royal! I sure wonder how a bottle of that stuff fit under the $5 restriction placed on the gifts.

I’m tired. Good night.
